That doesn't look like smoke from a house fire - it is too light-colored. A house on fire makes dark black smoke, from all the paint and synthetic materials inside. Light-colored smoke says this is a controlled burn or maybe steam or some sort of fumigation.

considering that the suits seem to be close fitting (not appropriate for fighting fire) and the light colored smoke - I'd go with fumigation as above post suggests.

Which means, why the hell /not/ have a smoke on your patio. When it's time for a cig, it's time for a cig. :)

He appears to have set it up himself - The firefighters look to be manequins, with the odd positioning and lack of ladders. Also points mentioned about the smoke: it's far too light for a real fire, he likely has a smoke machine in there. Just trying to wind people up on the street I guess..

The roof...the roof....the roof is on fire! I think its real. You can see a ladder to the right and the difference in color on the wall is from the shadows. Obviously its in europe somewhere by the funny firemen outfits and the roof. He is prob just an old chilled out Italian dude. Maybe mafia.
