Homeowner Association Letter From Hell

We're pretty sure Homeowner Associations can do good things. But sometimes -- OK, often? -- they can be a little overbearing or...by-all-reasonable-measures-out-of-their minds.

Here, a guy seems to be in the grip of a Homeowner Association he's really not in synch with. We particularly appreciate the Association's use of the term, Doorbell Malfunction. Doorbell Malfunction is way out of control these days -- and its high time the scourge (of DM) is eradicated.
