I Was Wrong, So Were You. Friends?

Sometimes all it takes to patch up differences between neighbors is for the aggrieved neighbor to feel justice has been achieved. You do something to me, I'll do something to you...and we're good, we move on. Like here -- one neighbor apparently taking it upon himself to resolve things with another whom he'd had issues with and, as a result, feeling freed. Shouldn't we all try to work things out ourselves this way?
