Neighbor Macaroni Salad Conflict Turns To War

Existential question... When is it time to rethink your home- owner association, or the meaning of neighbors, or...whether to move? When somebody's macaroni salad turns into a source of block-wide conflagration?

There's a lot to learn here. (E.g., did you know that macaroni salad, in certain circumstances, might be interpreted as a weapon?) But a lot more mostly to laugh at.

The email below is a response to an earlier email (at bottom) and follows a Homeowner Association meeting called to address a "serious macaroni salad situation'. It's probably better if you read the earlier email first -- but either way, the lunacy is readily apparent.
