Re: Lawn care. The upkeep of your house directly effects the value of your neighbors' houses (and vica versa). I mean, if you had two similar houses, would you buy the one that was next to a well-kept lawn, or would you choose the one with the neighbors with the tires in the yard? That's why if you live next door to a repossessed house, your house is now worth ~$10,000 less.
